We will do our utmost to ensure you receive the room you have chosen, though guarantees cannot be given until payment has been received.

* All deposits are non-refundable

* Cancellation 60 days prior to departure - 33% of balance lost

* Cancellation between 31 and 59 days prior to departure - 66% of balance lost

* Cancellation within 30 days of departure - no refund

* Full payment required before 31st March
